Mark is a Chartered Accountant, Official Liquidator and Registered Bankruptcy Trustee and has degrees in Commerce and Economics. Mark has been a member of the Queensland Committee of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia (IPA) since 1999 and for the past 2 years he has been chairman of the IPAA/ITSA sub-committee.
Mark has 20 years experience in administering all types of insolvency appointments across a wide range of industries. Prior to establishing Pearce & Heers, Mark worked in insolvency with a number of firms including Knight Ferrier Hodgson and Ernst & Young. By virtue of his expertise, experience and active involvement with the IPAA, Mark is well placed to oversee the firm.
