Graham Bendeich, Consultant
Graham Bendeich is an Official Liquidator, Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy, accountant and solicitor. He first commenced practice as a solicitor employed in the commercial litigation section of a large Brisbane based law firm before embarking upon a specialist career in corporate and personal insolvency which he commenced in 1986. Graham has been a partner of one of Australia’s largest specialist insolvency practices, and was National Director of the insolvency section of a national Chartered Accounting firm. He has also established and operated his own specialist insolvency practice for a number of years.
Graham has the honour of being the first practising accountant and solicitor to be registered as an Official Liquidator and Trustee in bankruptcy.
Graham has vast experience in all types of insolvency appointments across a wide range of industries as well as acting in an advisory capacity for clients. He has lectured at the University of Queensland and Bond University and has been a guest speaker at insolvency seminars conducted by the Queensland Law Society, the Insolvency Practitioners Association and other professional bodies.
